SCH4 MisManagement Meeting Minutes
November 11, 2008

In attendance:  Waxie, Blue, TNT, Pickle, Peter, Fat Drunk & Stupid, and HTS

1.  Hash Cash Report: EIR reported that our entire portfolio is in beer futures and we've totally escaped the recent stock market crash, woo-hoo!

2. Dabberhasher Report:  A new SCH4 shirt is in the works, stay tuned, but don't hold your breath.

3.  Centurion Watch: Several are getting close to major analversaries but no one will make it within the next several months.

4.  New Webmeister:  Do You Feel Peter has volunteered to replace Eats It Raw, who only volunteered because no one else did, and who is remaining as Hash Cash.

5.  Upcumming 2008 Hashes:

Nov. 22, Fall Shigfest, in Miamitown

Dec. 13, Welcum to my Una-verse, in Kenwood

Dec. 20, Xmas Party Hash, location TBD

6.  Next Happy Hours:

Tuesday, Nov. 25, Fox & Hound in Mason
Friday, Nov. 28, Rockbottom, downtown

7.  Tentative 2009 Hash Schedule

Besides all the usual Saturday Hashes and the Thursday Hyper Hashes we discussed some of the special event hashes upcumming for 2009:

Beach Hash – sometime in early Spring.

St. Patty's Day Wearin' of the Green -- March 14, jointly with Dayton .

April Fool's Day Hash, Wednesday, April 1

Flying Pig Hash -- Sunday, May 3.

Party in the Park Hash -- Some Wednesday, sometime in June.

Friday Night Pub Crawl Hash -- Probably downtown, after the weather gets warm again. Gispert's Birth Analversary if Friday, July 31 this year, maybe we'll combine the two.

Cookout Hash – July 4, perhaps in West Chester at 3 Inches' farm, we all agreed we've worn out our welcum with the Amberly cops.

Bike Hash/Bash -- Anyone want to volunteer to hare a bicycle bash?

Summer Campout -- August 14-16 -- We all agreed we've worn out our welcum at Ft. Ancient (that didn't talke long), so we'll be moving back to Brookville.

Red Dress Run – Aug. 29, somewhere in SinCity, jointly with Dayton.

14th Analversary Hash – Sept. 12.

Pirate Hash – Sat., Sept. 19 – It's a DH3 Saturday but Talk Like a Pirate Day is the 19th so we'll be hashing in SinCity, maybe a joint hash with Dayton. Aaaaaarrrrrggggghhhhh.

Reggae Run – Oct. 3 – Ault Park -- hash moved up to 1:00 pm, followed by cookout in the park and then the Reggae Run at 6:00 pm and the Reggae Run party afterwards.

Halloween Hash – Sat., Oct. 31 – It's a DH320Saturday but we'll be doing a hash somewhere in SinCity.


Dumbass Announcements:  Anyone running the Thanksgiving Day Cumpetitive Event is welcum to stop in at Slut's before or after to leave clothing, use the facilities, or have a beer.  231 West Fourth Street, #402, 484-4249.

Remember to bring a drinking vessel to every hash, either your Centurion Mug if you've got one or something else if you don't, there's no need to waste plastic cups hash after hash, the money can be better spent on beer.
